Q: Would your candles leave that black soot all over my wall and ceiling?
A: No they don't. All of our candles wicks are lead free. As long as you keep your wick trimmed down to 1/4 inch you wont get any of the soot.
Q: Will my candle be as fragrant 1/2 way thru burning as it is when I 1st light it?
A: Yes it would be! Our candles are colored and scented thru 100% of the candle. You will get the same wonderful aroma from the 1st time you light it right on thru the last!
Q: If I find a container that I like, would you fill it for me?
A: Yes, we love to do special orders. As long as the container is a thick enough glass to be able to hold the candle, we would be happy to fill it for you with your favorite fragrance. You can even pick the color!
Q: When I place an order, how soon is it generally shipped out?
A: We pride ourselves on shipping most orders out within 24 - 48 hours (during workweek). If it will be longer than that due to backordered product, we'll let you know right away.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all the products that we sell. If for some reason you are not satisfied, we will gladly refund your money or exchange your product for something new.
Q: Is there any way that I can earn free product or a discount on your candles?
A: Yes, you can host your own Open House or catalog show. You will then receive 10% of the sales in free product as well as a free 160z candle of your choice (from available stock). Make sure you check out our "Special" page because we may have a special offer for our hosts that month!
